Disability Support Worker (casual) (more than 1 position)
The role
We are currently seeking dedicated casual Disability Support Workers to join the team at Advoc8 Health Support Services. As an RN-led organisation, you’ll be supported within a structured clinical framework—never left to navigate complex care alone. You’ll benefit from ongoing mentorship, practical training, and clear guidance, enabling you to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred support with confidence.

Who We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications: Current Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability Support.
Experience: Previous experience in the disability sector is required.
Skills: Experience with PEG feeding is highly preferred. Note: If you have the right attitude and basic qualifications, we are more than happy to provide comprehensive training.
Dependability: Our participants thrive on consistency. We are looking for team members who take pride in being punctual and someone our participants can always count on.
