Eligibility for NDIS Community Nursing

You may be eligible for community nursing services under the NDIS if:

 

• You have a disability-related health condition that requires clinical care.

• You need specialised support that cannot be safely provided by a support worker.

• You require nursing reports or health assessments for your NDIS plan.

 

These services are usually funded under:

• Capacity Building – Improved daily living.

• Core Supports – Assistance with daily life.

• High Intensity Daily Support – Assistance with self-care activities.
