Welcome to the Advoc8 July 2026 blog. It has been a little while since our last post, but we can now provide our latest update—and after a busy few months, we have some huge news to share!

Huge Milestones, Advanced Tech, and Major Growth

It has been an incredibly busy three months here at Advoc8 HSS! While we’ve been a little quiet on the blog front, it’s only because our team has been working flat out behind the scenes—getting our official registration over the line, delivering high-quality care to our clients, welcoming fantastic new staff members, and expanding our clinical training offerings.

We have plenty of exciting updates to share with our community. Here is what’s been happening!

The Big News:

We Are Officially an NDIS Registered Provider!

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Advoc8 Health Support Services is a Registered NDIS Provider! (Registration ID: 4-LAMWQLI)

Following on from our Stage 2 audit earlier this year, receiving our formal registration is a massive milestone for our team. It validates all the hard work, clinical governance, and dedication that go into making sure our care meets the highest possible standards.

What does this mean for our participants?

• Support for All Funding Types: We can now support Agency-Managed (NDIA) participants directly, alongside our existing Plan-Managed and Self-Managed clients.

• Complete Peace of Mind: Registration offers participants, families, and Support Coordinators full assurance that our clinical policies, worker screenings, and nursing care strictly align with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

• Expanded Regional Care: We are ready to roll out our RN-led clinical care plans, health assessments, and daily nursing supports further across the Gold Coast.

Investing in Excellence: Advanced Catheter Simulation

We believe that high-intensity support requires more than just reading a manual—it requires real, hands-on confidence.

To ensure our nursing team and partner support workers remain at the forefront of clinical safety, Advoc8 has invested in a state-of-the-art male, female, and Suprapubic Catheter (SPC) clinical simulation model. Catheter care—whether IDC, SPC, or CIC—is a high-risk activity where proper technique, strict hygiene, and emergency troubleshooting make all the difference in preventing UTIs, discomfort, and avoidable hospital visits.

Two-Stage Competency Validation

To bridge the gap between theory and real-world care, we have introduced a robust two-stage training and assessment process:

With our new registration and expanded service areas, the Advoc8 family is growing fast!
